You will translate HR data into insights, assist with AI agent training, and help operationalize new AI workflows in an agile, learning-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a related degree (e.g., Data Science, CS, Statistics, Business Analytics).
• Intermediate skills in Python, R, or similar programming languages with data analysis exposure.
• Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts such as model training or automation.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and growth mindset with interest in responsible AI in business.
• Professional communication and collaboration skills to explain technical concepts to non‑technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, testing, and supervised deployment of AI‑agent–driven HR solutions.
• Support data preparation, cleaning, and exploratory analysis of HR/workforce data.
• Contribute to training, evaluation, and continuous improvement of AI agents.
• Participate in prototyping AI models, agentic workflows, and analytics features.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and analytics to create visualizations and dashboards.
• Document approaches, learnings, challenges, and outcomes to promote transparency.
