Job summary

Workday seeks a seasoned Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution of Contract Intelligence & Analytics features. You will partner across engineering, data science, design and product marketing to deliver AI-powered solutions for enterprise contracts.

Lead monetization and roadmap, guided by customer feedback and industry trends, while expanding the role of generative AI in contract management. This role emphasizes scale, impact, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

Experienced product leader with 12+ years in PM roles.
Proven track record launching revenue-generating generative AI products.
Strong understanding of LLMs and AI model deployment.
Familiarity with contract management or legal tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

Define product vision and roadmap for Contract Intelligence & Analytics features.
Lead cross-functional teams with eng, data science, product mgmt, design and marketing.
Partner with data science on AI model development to influence product decisions.
Capture customer needs and market trends to shape monetization strategies.
Drive design and implementation of new AI features leveraging generative AI.
Monitor metrics to assess business impact and iterate on strategies.
Stay current with advances in AI, ML, and legal tech landscapes.
