Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet in Houston, TX is seeking a Program Manager with NPI/manufacturing experience to drive AI, server, and data center programs from development through mass production. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop project plans, and manage schedules and milestones to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of PM experience in NPI or manufacturing, a degree in engineering or business, and preferred bilingual Chinese/English communication.

Qualifications

2–3 years of program management experience, preferably in NPI or manufacturing environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end program management for AI, server, and data center NPI programs.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operations.
Develop and track project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Drive execution to meet program schedules and production readiness targets.
Identify risks and issues early; support mitigation and escalation as needed.
Facilitate regular program meetings and provide clear status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Ensure alignment between product development and manufacturing readiness (DFM, ramp planning, etc.).
Support transition from prototype builds to mass production.
