Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA or Master in engineering, business, management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in program management.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing is a plus.
• English proficiency required; Mandarin bilingual is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers during design, development, manufacture and service of the NPI product.
• Develop and maintain program schedules.
• Support activities including RFQ responses.
• Estimate and track program timing.
• Lead cross-functional project status meetings.
• Formulate and monitor interconnected projects.
• Decide on strategies and objectives.
• Lead and evaluate project managers and staff.
