Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet is seeking a Program Manager with NPI and manufacturing experience to drive AI, server, and data center programs from development to mass production. You will coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operations to keep schedules, costs, and quality on track.

Qualifications include 2–3 years in program management, exposure to AI/server hardware, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of program/project management experience, preferably in NPI or manufacturing environments.
• Exposure to AI, server, or data center hardware programs is preferred.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and product lifecycle.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint; Project or similar tools a plus).
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end program management for AI, server, and data center NPI programs
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operations
• Develop and track project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Drive execution to meet program schedules and production readiness targets
• Identify risks and issues early; support mitigation and escalation as needed
• Facilitate regular program meetings and provide clear status updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure alignment between product development and manufacturing readiness (DFM, ramp planning, etc.)
• Support transition from prototype builds to mass production
