Job summary

Cerebras Systems is seeking an AI Data Center Infrastructure Engineer to transform high-level designs into deployment-ready data center infrastructure. You will define rack layouts, BOMs, power requirements, and port mappings for compute, storage, and networking systems.

You will adapt designs to site constraints while preserving performance, reliability, and scalability, and help automate workflows with scripts and reusable frameworks for faster, more accurate deployments at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ years of infrastructure engineering, data center design, systems integration or hardware deployment.
• Experience creating rack elevations, equipment layouts, BOMs, port maps, or cable maps.
• Practical understanding of server, storage, and networking hardware integration.
• Familiarity with data center power, cooling, space, cabling and serviceability constraints.
• Experience automating workflows with Python, Bash, PowerShell or similar.

Responsibilities

• Translate cluster architectures into deployment-ready infrastructure designs.
• Produce rack elevations, equipment layouts, BOMs, power allocations, port maps and cable maps.
• Adapt reference designs to site constraints while preserving performance and reliability.
• Validate that compute, storage, networking, power and cabling work as an integrated system.
• Develop scripts and tools to automate design generation, BOM creation and validation workflows.
• Collaborate across hardware, networking, software and data center operations teams.
