Job summary

Cerebras Systems, Inc. is seeking a Deployment Manager to lead global data center builds and deployments of AI clusters. You will drive rack integration, high-density cabling, and facilities coordination to enable safe, on-time delivery of Cerebras Wafer Scale Engine based systems.

Candidates should bring 10+ years in data center deployments and hands-on hyperscale infrastructure experience. You will collaborate with facilities, networking, and operations teams, manage multiple concurrent site

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of experience in data center deployments, infrastructure delivery, or integration roles.
Hands-on experience deploying hyperscale AI, ML, or HPC infrastructure.
Strong experience with structured cabling in high-density environments and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end AI cluster deployment and rack integration from power-ready to hand-off.
Coordinate high-density inter-rack and intra-rack cabling and topology alignment.
Collaborate with facilities, networking, and operations to hit schedule and quality targets.
Troubleshoot cabling, connectivity, and integration blockers on the data center floor.
Provide direction to technicians and manage cross-site deployment programs.
Maintain deployment documentation, labeling, and as-built records.
Enforce safety, EHS, and proper handling of heavy GPU equipment.
