Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a motivated Construction Project Specialist to support our growing portfolio of Spark modular data centers. This role is ideal for early-career construction professionals who want to develop in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

You'll assist across sites, coordinate with general contractors and vendors, review invoices, maintain accurate records, and help ensure safety and quality on the job. This position offers compensation up to $110k-$135k plus bonus and RSUs.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of construction experience, ideally with exposure to critical facilities.
• Familiarity with scheduling, procurement, and documentation.
• Able to read construction drawings and interpret specifications.
• Experience working with general contractors and trade partners.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar CM platforms.
• Strong communication and proactive problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily activities across active construction sites.
• Support senior Construction Managers with project tracking and RFIs.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and escalate to leadership.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in site walks, inspections, and punch lists.
• Support budgeting and cost tracking, including invoices.
• Maintain records, drawings, and closeout documentation.
• Ensure safety practices and site protocols.
