Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems LLC seeks a Construction Manager to oversee Spark deployment, managing site development, electrical/fiber installation, rack loading, and turnover for modular AI data centers across the U.S.

You will lead cost/schedule control, safety, vendor relations, and coordination with design, engineering, operations, and commissioning teams. Travel up to 40% is required; a related Bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years in construction management (base build + TI preferred).
• Experience with Civil Engineering and site improvement projects.
• Strong understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Proficiency with Procore, Primavera/MS Project, Bluebeam.
• Excellent vendor, schedule, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel ~40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction across site work, structural systems, exterior envelope, MEP infrastructure, and server move‑in.
• Manage field operations, subcontractors, and safety.
• Oversee site improvement, electrical/mechanical installation, offices, finishes, HVAC distribution, and site logistics through turnover to operations.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change orders.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce QA/QC and safety standards.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, operations, and commissioning teams.
