CALI Floors is seeking a Business Systems Analyst – AI & Data to enhance reporting, automate processes, and drive data-driven decisions across the business. You will work with IT and business leaders to identify practical opportunities for data, automation, and AI.

The ideal candidate will be curious, analytical, and tech‑savvy, with experience using enterprise systems, reporting tools, and data analysis to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in business systems, analytics, or reporting.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Develop and modify SQL queries for reporting and data validation.
• Gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into solutions.
• Monitor data quality, document processes, and support reporting standards.
• Support NetSuite administration and related workflows.
• Coordinate IT and business application initiatives.
