Job summary

QualDerm Partners LLC seeks a Data & Automation Engineer to design and evolve our data platform, analytics, and intelligent automation stack. You will build Snowflake ELT/ETL pipelines, create dimensional models, and deliver Power BI reports while enabling AI-driven insights across the business.

You will deploy LL M-powered solutions, develop robust prompts and guardrails, and implement RPA/workflow automations to improve operational efficiency and data governance. Healthcare exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
2-4 years of hands-on data engineering, analytics engineering, data analysis, or automation development experience.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake, advanced SQL, and building data pipelines and models.
Hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling and dashboard design.
Experience with Python or other scripting for data processing and automation.
Experience in data integration, modeling, optimization, and data quality.
Experience working in cross-functional teams with business stakeholders.
Healthcare industry experience.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize scalable ELT/ETL pipelines in Snowflake from diverse sources.
Develop dimensional and analytical data models with SQL, dbt, Snowpark, and orchestration tools.
Monitor pipeline health, cost, performance, and access controls in Snowflake.
Apply CI/CD practices to data and automation assets.
Create analytics solutions to answer critical business questions and drive efficiency.
Develop and publish Power BI reports and semantic models for varied audiences.
Support KPI tracking and ad hoc analytical projects as needed.
Design and deploy LL M-powered solutions (extraction, summarization, classification, search) over enterprise data.
Develop prompts, guardrails, and evaluation methods for AI outputs.
Build RPA/workflows using Power Automate, UiPath, etc., to automate repetitive processes.
Identify automation opportunities and measure results after deployment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into concrete data/analytics deliverables.
Support data governance, security, and privacy practices, including PHI/PII protection.
