Overture Partners in Boston is seeking a Power BI & Data Engineer to support reporting, data pipelines, and automation across cloud environments. You will own the data that feeds dashboards and analytics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

This role blends BI development with data engineering: building dashboards, semantic models, ETL pipelines, and workflows using Snowflake, dbt, and Power Automate, with emphasis on reliability and scalability.

Qualifications

• Strong Power BI development experience.
• Hands-on semantic modeling and DAX expertise.
• End-to-end ETL experience.
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines.
• Hands-on Snowflake experience.
• dbt experience preferred; comparable ETL tools will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Develop semantic models and DAX calculations.
• Create operational, KPI, and internal reporting.
• Own ETL processes from extraction through loading.
• Build and maintain data pipelines using dbt.
• Stage and prepare data for reporting.
• Work with Snowflake and S3-based data environments.
• Support Power Automate workflows.
• Maintain reporting resources and documentation.
