Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Information Technology, or closely related field (degree conferred on or before start date)
• 2 years' experience on software development for plant pathogen detection, phylogenetics and other software related to genomic analyses.
• Programming experience relevant to AI, machine learning, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an interdisciplinary research environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
