Job summary

Business Computers Management Consulting Group, LLC (BCMC) is seeking an AI Subject Matter Expert who bridges AI innovation with practical cyber defense operations. You will define the strategic vision for AI-enhanced security capabilities and drive AI adoption across security teams and stakeholders.

You’ll identify AI/ML use cases for threat detection, incident response, and security operations, while evaluating tools, platforms, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field (Master's Degree preferred)
• Active TS/SCI clearance and DHS Suitability
• 10+ years of directly relevant experience in cybersecurity and program leadership
• 3+ years working with AI/ML technologies or data-driven security solutions
• 3+ years in project/program management or technical leadership roles
• Ability to envision long-term AI security capabilities and create actionable paths forward
• Strong knowledge of security operations, threat landscape, and defense frameworks

Responsibilities

• Define strategic vision for AI-enhanced security capabilities aligned with organizational risk posture.
• Identify and evaluate AI/ML use cases for cyber defense, threat detection, incident response, and security operations.
• Assess emerging AI technologies for applicability to security challenges including anomaly detection, threat intelligence, and automated response.
• Bridge communication between technical teams, security operators, and business stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive roadmaps for AI cybersecurity initiatives with milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate with data science, security operations, and infrastructure teams on solution architecture.
