Job summary

BCMC seeks a senior Subject Matter Expert I to lead AI-enabled cybersecurity initiatives for a U.S. Government customer.

The role focuses on defining strategic AI security capabilities, evaluating ML use cases for threat detection and incident response, and aligning roadmaps with organizational strategies. You will collaborate with data science, security operations, and infrastructure teams to deliver risk-reducing AI implementations on-site and ensure compliance with security standards and

Qualifications

Must be a US Citizen.
Active TS/SCI clearance required.
Must be able to obtain DHS Suitability.
10+ years of directly relevant experience.
5+ years in cybersecurity or related technical roles.
3+ years with AI/ML technologies or data-driven security solutions.
3+ years in project/program management or technical leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Define strategic vision for AI-enhanced security capabilities aligned with organizational risk posture.
Identify and evaluate AI/ML use cases for cyber defense, threat detection, incident response, and security operations.
Assess emerging AI technologies for anomaly detection, threat intelligence, and automated response.
Bridge communication between technical teams, security operators, and business stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive roadmaps for AI cybersecurity initiatives with milestones and dependencies.
Coordinate with stakeholders and workstreams to address use cases and inform strategy.
Ensure AI implementations meet security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
Create documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer programs.
