Job summary

Everforth ECS Federal seeks a Senior AI Engineering & Cybersecurity Capability Lead to drive AI strategy and execution across enterprise cyber missions. You’ll lead a team delivering AI/ML solutions for Red/Blue/Purple teams and vulnerability management, shaping architecture, priorities, and delivery for secure operations.

The role requires hands-on AI/ML expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to engage with executives and program leaders to translate capabilities into mission outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance.
• 10+ years of relevant technical experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading AI/ML engineering initiatives from architecture through production deployment.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI technologies including LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, ML, and AI automation.
• Proficiency in Python, API development, systems integration, and modern software practices.
• Experience designing AI solutions within secure enterprise environments.
• Ability to translate complex engineering concepts for executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI capability roadmap aligned with cybersecurity objectives.
• Lead architecture, development, integration, and deployment of AI/ML for offensive/defensive operations.
• Provide hands-on leadership in LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, ML, and automation.
• Guide AI-enabled threat hunting, vulnerability prioritization, and security analytics.
• Integrate AI solutions with SIEM/SOAR, vulnerability tools, and threat intel sources.
• Ensure secure AI infrastructure and lifecycle management.
