• Write code with the team: review PRs, prototype agents, debug production issues.
• Partner with Product, CX, and Ops to ship AI-enabled automation.
• Establish success metrics for agent performance and prioritize roadmap.
• Design scalable agent architectures with guardrails and reliability.
• Lead and grow a small senior engineering team.
• Drive observability across the AI stack, using Langfuse.
