Point is hiring a Technical Lead Manager to build AI agents for homeownership. You will lead a small, senior team, stay hands-on in the code, set technical direction, and partner with Product, Ops and CX to ship applied AI that customers interact with.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering with production systems.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI technical strategy for CX, including frameworks and vendors.
• Own the technical roadmap for AI-powered customer experience across channels.
• Write code with your team, review PRs, and prototype agent capabilities.
• Partner with Product, CX, and Ops to ship AI-driven workflows.
• Establish success metrics and drive observability across the stack.
• Lead a small senior team, remove blockers, and foster deep work.
• Drive reliability and architecture for production-scale AI agents.
