Job summary

NiCE is seeking a Senior Product Manager – AI to lead the definition and hands-on creation of AI-native, market-leading CX solutions. You will own AI capabilities across the NiCE CX platform, shaping how AI understands customer interactions and guides agents at enterprise scale.

This highly hands-on role requires building prototypes, driving AI-first strategy, and collaborating with product, engineering, and data teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software product management in enterprise cloud
• Proven hands-on AI-powered, data-driven, or automation-centric products
• Strong technical understanding with ability to prototype solutions with engineering and data science teams
• Experience translating concepts into concrete product artifacts (prototypes, flows, experiments, validation plans)

Responsibilities

• Define AI-native CX product strategy and roadmap
• Own hands-on prototyping and validation for AI features
• Collaborate across product, engineering, and data teams
• Drive data-driven roadmaps and measurable outcomes
• Balance security, governance, and enterprise readiness in solutions
• Travel globally as needed
