Job summary

NiCE Ltd. in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Analytics Platform.

You will shape strategy, roadmaps, and prototype-driven discovery for internal AI services used across NiCE applications and enterprise customers. You will translate customer insights into detailed specifications for developers, balance cost and performance, and drive adoption and governance through collaboration with engineering, product, and sales.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software product management or a directly relevant role.
• Experience owning a product or service with clear adoption, usage, or commercial metrics.
• Demonstrable experience engaging directly with enterprise customers as a technical subject matter expert, including with AI governance, risk, or data science functions.
• Demonstrable experience building AI-native product prototypes using AI tools, and running structured AI evaluation cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own the Analytics Platform service roadmap and specifications.
• Drive internal adoption and service growth across NiCE application teams.
• Engage with enterprise customers as the analytics platform SME and participate in customer meetings and sales meetings.
• Design and communicate the value proposition: accuracy, latency, reliability, and ease of integration.
• Lead structured evaluation cycles for AI outputs and generate precise specifications for engineering.
