Job summary

Siena is hiring a Product Manager, Core Agent Platform, to own and evolve the platform that powers our connected multi-agent stack for consumer brands. You will measure, test, and improve agent performance, working with engineering, deployment, and customers, and you’ll both build and specify features.

You will design experiments, ship enhancements, and create dashboards that show real-time agent behavior and outcomes, ensuring customers see clear value from the platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a PM in CX, ecommerce, helpdesk or AI automation.
• Technical fluency: explain how webhooks, OAuth and integrations work.
• AI-native builder: use tools like Claude, Cursor or v0 daily.

Responsibilities

• Own the core agent platform end to end, including the roadmap and day-to-day product decisions.
• Build and ship evaluation, testing and monitoring systems for agent performance.
• Design and run structured experiments and A/B tests across agent workflows.
• Give customers clear visibility into agent performance.
• Prototype ideas with coding agents and ship them.
• Turn field feedback into product improvements.
