• Own the core of the agent platform and define capabilities and customer visibility.
• Lead full launch cycles from testing to GA with customer enablement.
• Design and run journey-level A/B tests across agent flows.

• Own the core of the agent platform, defining what agents can do and how customers see performance.
• Set the roadmap for platform expansion and build measurement systems.
• Work forward deployed with customers to scope and ship improvements.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Run full launch cycles from internal testing to GA with customer enablement.
• Demo platform wins to customers and co-sell alongside sales.
• Design and run journey-level A/B tests across agent flows.
