Publicis Groupe's Team One in Los Angeles is seeking a Junior Digital Art Director. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to prototype, design, and deliver interactive brand experiences blending AI workflows with real-world activations.

Bring 1–3 years of digital product experience and a strong portfolio. This hybrid role offers a collaborative studio environment and exposure to cutting-edge AI tools within a global network.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience creating digital products and interactive prototypes.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to generate visual concepts and speed up workflows.
• Experience concepting, designing and executing real-life activations and experiential environments.
• Strong portfolio showing AI-assisted workflows, interactive prototypes, mobile-first design and activations.
• Proficiency in rapid prototyping, turning ideas into interactive experiences quickly.
• Expertise in Figma, design systems, components, and advanced prototyping.
• Solid grasp of UI/UX principles, responsive/web accessibility.
• Agency or fast-paced studio experience with end-to-end concept-to-build know-how.
• Exposure to motion/design, 3D prototyping, or immersive web tech.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to articulate AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead rapid prototyping initiatives using AI generation tools and design software.
• Concept, design, and execute immersive real-life activations and digital-physical touchpoints.
• Integrate generative AI tools into daily creative workflows to accelerate ideation and asset creation.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Experience Designers, Developers, and cross-functional teams to realize concepts.
• Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate product mechanics and user flows to clients and leadership.
• Drive concept development and interactive storytelling across digital products and spaces.
• Design user-centered digital products balancing creativity, tech, and business goals.
• Help build modular design systems and component libraries for rapid work.
• Explore and adopt emerging AI tools and prototyping frameworks.
• Present ideas and prototypes clearly to stakeholders and teams.
