Job summary

Publicis Groupe’s Team One seeks a Junior Digital Art Director to partner with diverse creatives in designing AI-enabled brand experiences. You’ll prototype rapidly, blending digital and physical touchpoints with AI workflows across projects for luxury brands and premium clients.

You’ll lead iterative exploration, collaborate across disciplines, and help scale design systems while delivering engaging, accessible experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience creating digital products and interactive prototypes.
• Hands-on with AI tools to generate visuals and speed up workflows.
• Experience concepting activations and experiential environments.
• Strong portfolio of AI-assisted workflows and mobile-first design.

Responsibilities

• Lead rapid prototyping using AI generation tools and design software to visualize concepts.
• Concept and execute immersive real-life activations and digital touchpoints.
• Integrate generative AI into daily workflows for asset creation and prototyping.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Experience Designers, and Developers to ship experiences.
• Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate product mechanics and user flows.
• Drive concept development and storytelling across digital and physical spaces.
• Design user-centered digital products balancing creativity and business goals.
• Scale modular design systems and component libraries for rapid production.
• Explore emerging AI tools and prototyping frameworks to shape future experiences.
• Present ideas and prototypes clearly to stakeholders and teams.
