Boosta, a holding tech company developing an AI-powered platform for creating advertising creatives, is seeking an AI Creative Designer. You will craft high-quality ad creatives, videos, and assets using AI tools and collaborate with Creative and Product teams, optimizing campaigns across Meta platforms.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience creating visual and video content with AI for advertising or digital marketing.
Experience collaborating with Creative and Product teams in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding ad creatives for paid social formats, especially on Meta platforms.
Strong ability to turn briefs into engaging visual concepts.
Ability to organize work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Portfolio with AI creatives, videos, or ad projects.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality ad creatives for paid social campaigns based on briefs and goals.
Develop visuals and produce videos, images, animations, music, and voiceovers using AI tools.
Experiment with AI tools and workflows to create fresh ad creatives.
Propose original ideas and visual concepts beyond briefs.
Collaborate with Creative and Product teams to improve ad creatives.
Adapt materials for different formats and placements, including Meta Ads.
Manage multiple tasks and maintain high quality to meet deadlines.
