Hightouch is seeking a creative AI designer to support the Ad Studio. You will work with enterprise marketing teams to generate on-brand ads at scale, refine AI outputs, and deliver assets across static and motion formats.

You will collaborate with FDCs and product teams, translate briefs into actionable prompts, and build quick, high-quality assets under tight deadlines. A strong portfolio and fluent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with AI-generated creative across images and video.
• Strong portfolio showing static and motion AI work.

Responsabilités

• Take on creative requests from live Ad Studio customers and deliver with speed.
• Make last-mile fixes to AI-generated creative and build assets a customer can't obtain alone.
• Troubleshoot prompts to improve outputs and diagnose why results aren’t landing.
• Handle seasonal campaign updates and new product lines with testing and validation.
• Route non-trivial asks to the FDC or appropriate support when needed.
• Create training materials and short guides for customers.
