Job summary

Boosta seeks a Marketing Graphic Designer to join the Brainer project, building a platform for measuring and developing cognitive abilities. The role focuses on creating high-impact creatives for Google, Microsoft, Meta, and Snapchat, iterating from campaign data and tests.

You’ll collaborate with User Acquisition and Product teams, use AI tools to speed production, and ensure quality across formats while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience creating advertising creatives for Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), Meta Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
• Understanding of performance creative principles and platform specifics.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt performance creatives for multiple ad platforms.
• Develop new concepts from market and competitor analyses and campaign results.
• Produce static, animated, and other materials for different formats and platforms.
