Role Description

This role sits within our New York City based creative team. You will own creative marketing content delivery and agentic workflow development for several enterprise clients. As a key part of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Leveraging best-in-class AI tools to develop marketing content ranging from image-based social media campaigns to ready-for-television video advertisements
• Using orchestration tools to build repeatable workflows and skills that unlock full automation of content production processes
• Working directly with DreamReal's leadership to shape deliverables and unlock platform-able production pathways
• Collaborating with the broader Creative Team to facilitate mutual upskilling on generative, agentic and editing tools

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at a leading marketing agency, creative design studio or other creative-centric organization with hands-on marketing content production experience
• Proficiency with leading generative AI platforms (audio, image and video)
• Proficiency with image & video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut etc)
• Strong portfolio showing high-quality marketing content execution in image and video
• Highly organized and excel at shipping quality work across multiple workstreams under tight deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Salary $60,000-90,000 base salary (experience dependent)
