Job summary

Luma AI is seeking a Forward Deployed Creative to bridge creativity, sales, and education for leading brands and agencies. You will prototype AI-accelerated workflows with Dream Machine, and evangelize the generative video medium.

The Senior role involves shaping 0-to-1 initiatives, delivering high-impact content, and mentoring teams across Product, Partnerships, and Sales to drive platform adoption and showcase capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience as Creative Technologist or senior creative at a top-tier agency/studio.
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating taste, technical skill, or storytelling.
• Proven track record building novel solutions in ambiguous environments.
• Deep expertise in creative production pipelines (VFX, animation, motion graphics).
• Strong communication and strategic consultation abilities.
• Genuine passion for AI's creative potential.
• Preferred: hands-on experience with generative AI tools.
• Preferred: public thought leadership profile.
• Preferred: background at innovative studios or tech labs.
