Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking an AI Engineer & Copilot Specialist in Washington, DC to design and deploy Copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and to orchestrate end-to-end AI workflows. You will implement RAG architectures grounded in SharePoint and build robust, governance-driven automation with Power Automate.

Ideal candidates have deep Microsoft ecosystem experience, strong prompt engineering skills, and a track record of integrating Copilots with Teams, Dynamics 365, and REST APIs.

Qualifications

• Experience building enterprise AI agents and copilots.
• Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem and Copilot Studio.
• Knowledge of RAG architectures and semantic search.
• Ability to integrate REST APIs and manage JSON data structures.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents: Design and deploy Copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Develop agentic workflows: Create autonomous orchestration flows and response guardrails.
• Implement RAG architectures: Build retrieval-augmented generation solutions grounded in SharePoint.
• Orchestrate Power Automate: Create complex cloud flows as tool repositories.
• Manage fallback strategies: Implement robust exception handling for enterprise agents.
• Engineer prompts: Create reusable prompts to ensure deterministic behavior.
• Integrate systems: Connect Copilots to Teams, Dynamics 365, and REST APIs.
• Build connectors: Develop connectors linking enterprise ecosystems.
• Enforce governance: Align builds with enterprise data protection policies.
• Configure security: Ensure Entra ID access controls and data boundaries.
• Train users: Conduct practical workshops for company-wide AI adoption.
