Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an AI Engineer to work at the intersection of business and technology, delivering high-value AI solutions. You will design, build, test, and deploy Microsoft Copilot agents connected to SharePoint, Teams, and Dataverse, while guiding governance and responsible AI practices.

You will lead trainings, workshops, and develop resources to drive user adoption and measurable business outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of experience in AI, automation, software engineering, business systems, or related field.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI solutions, preferably with Microsoft Copilot/Copilot Studio.
• Strong Microsoft 365 expertise including SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Experience developing Copilot Agents and AI assistants using Copilot Studio and Agent Builder.
• Strong prompt engineering and AI solution design skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy Microsoft Copilot agents using Agent Builder and Copilot Studio.
• Connect agents with enterprise data sources such as SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse and other systems.
• Lead training sessions, office hours, and hands-on workshops.
• Develop supporting resources like FAQs, newsletters, and reusable prompt libraries.
• Monitor adoption metrics, license utilization, and business outcomes while ensuring governance and compliance.
