Job summary

Matlen Silver in Charlotte, NC seeks an AI Engineer to design and deliver enterprise AI solutions using Copilot, LLMs, and AI-powered automation. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, data science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, cloud engineering, or automation.
• 2+ years of experience with generative AI, LLMs, or Microsoft Copilot technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, or related Azure AI services.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services, Git, CI/CD, data analytics, AI monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
