Job summary

Phaidra is seeking an AI Controls Solutions Engineer to operationalize and scale AI-driven control systems for enterprise data centers. You will deploy agentic solutions, tailor parameters to site conditions, and document performance with customers.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to refine solutions and ensure high-quality results. You will also support new product applications, drive improvements to tooling and processes, and provide platinum-level

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in controls engineering, programming, or equivalent.
• Expertise in HVAC and data center cooling control methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, sequencing, and control systems.
• Ability to read/write Python and collaborate with software engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of agentic control solutions and document outcomes.
• Support first-time customer implementations and refine tooling with Product & Engineering.
• Manage ongoing support and coordinate with TPMs for issue escalation.
• Drive documentation, processes, and scalable improvements across deployments.
