Job summary
Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked off, helping shape how AI systems reason and improve.
Responsibilities include evaluating images, videos, and audio, providing explanations in English, and working from home or while traveling.
Qualifications
- Fluent English with clear written communication.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
- Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above is nice to have.
- Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations in a natural way.
- Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
- Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.
Responsibilities
- Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
- Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
- Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering motion, text errors, or audio-video misalignment.
- Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation of observations.
