Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely and on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rate responses, and explain in writing what looked off, helping improve AI reasoning and behavior across multiple tasks.

You will compare AI-generated media, assess adherence to prompts, and provide precise feedback in English, with payments issued weekly and access to leading LLMs for free.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Write a specific English explanation of what was observed and why the choice was made.
