Job summary

LILT (Production) seeks detail-oriented human reviewers with a strong understanding of local cultural context to support AI training and evaluation projects. You will work across diverse task types, including evaluating prompts and AI-generated outputs, reviewing and correcting text, analyzing multimedia content, and contributing voice recordings.

You will apply careful judgment to accuracy, clarity, cultural appropriateness, brand alignment, and overall effectiveness in meeting task objectives.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in the target language.
• Strong command of English.
• Experience as AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator preferred.
• Comfortable working with both textual and audio/video materials.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently and provide clear feedback.
• High attention to detail and ability to thoroughly and accurately categorize content.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate prompts and AI-generated outputs.
• Review and correct text and analyze multimedia content.
• Contribute voice recordings and other tasks as assigned.
• Provide concise, structured annotations for model improvement.
• Apply guidelines consistently and participate in QA calibration processes.
