Job summary

LILT is seeking detail-oriented language reviewers to support AI training and evaluation. You will assess prompts and outputs, review text and multimedia, and provide clear feedback.

This role emphasizes local cultural context, tone, and market fit, with emphasis on quality and consistent guidelines. As an independent contractor, you control your schedule and workload, and you can work remotely from the United States.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in the target language.
• Strong command of English.
• Experience as AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator preferred.
• Comfortable working with both textual and audio/video materials.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently and provide clear feedback.
• High attention to detail and ability to thoroughly and accurately categorize content.

Responsibilities

• Generate original content or assess AI-generated outputs.
• Deliver culturally relevant and appropriate content using local insight.
• Spot issues such as artefacts, style inconsistencies, translation errors, or cultural mismatches.
• Provide concise, structured annotations for model improvement.
• Apply evaluation guidelines consistently and participate in calibration and QA processes to ensure aligned scoring.
