Job summary

LILT (Production) seeks detail-oriented human reviewers to support AI training and evaluation projects. You will work across diverse task types, including evaluating prompts and AI-generated outputs, reviewing and correcting text, analyzing multimedia content, and contributing voice recordings.

This role requires strong judgment, cultural awareness, and the ability to follow guidelines to deliver accurate, clear, and brand-consistent results.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in the target language.
• Strong command of English.
• Experience as AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator preferred.
• Comfortable working with textual and audio/video materials.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently.
• High attention to detail and ability to thoroughly and accurately categorize content.

Responsibilities

• Generate or assess content depending on the task.
• Deliver culturally relevant content using local tone and market fit.
• Spot issues such as artefacts, inconsistent style, translation errors, or cultural mismatches.
• Provide concise, structured annotations for model improvement.
• Apply evaluation guidelines consistently and participate in calibration and QA processes.
