LILT is seeking detail-oriented human reviewers with a strong understanding of local cultural context to support AI training and evaluation projects. You will work on diverse tasks including evaluating prompts and AI outputs, reviewing and correcting text, analyzing multimedia content, and contributing voice recordings.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in the target language.
• Strong command of English.
• Experience as AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator preferred.
• Comfortable working with textual and audio/video materials.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and provide clear feedback.
• High attention to detail and ability to categorize content accurately.

Responsibilities

• Generate or assess content based on task requirements.
• Apply local insight to ensure tone, symbolism, and market fit.
• Identify artefacts, style inconsistencies, translation errors, or cultural mismatches.
• Provide concise, structured annotations for model improvement.
• Follow evaluation guidelines and participate in QA calibration processes.
