The role collaborates with Product, Science, and Design teams to evaluate CX metrics, develop scalable reporting, and drive continual model improvements, delivering value to customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Experience with human-in-the-loop AI evaluation, LLM judge building, prompt engineering, or AI model quality assessment.
• 2+ years of technical writer, editor, or content management experience.
