Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s with 4+ years in quantitative field research.
• Ability to connect scientific principles to business problems and products.
• Experience analyzing experimental and observational data sets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and marketing to define research topics and a roadmap.
• Design, implement, and analyze surveys and randomized experiments at scale.
• Triangulate survey data with engagement and segmentation data with BI teams.
• Create repeatable metrics to drive product iteration and impact.
• Synthesize diverse data types into actionable insights for leaders.
• Promote best practices and train peers to run their own projects.
