Job summary

Bilt Rewards in New York is seeking a Product Specialist for the Concierge Services squad. You will own whether the AI concierge responds correctly across rentals, dining, travel, payments, and CX, and you will monitor, diagnose, and ship fixes in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

You’ll teach teams to own their concierge surface, decide what belongs in knowledge versus prompt versus tool, and build automations that scale.

Qualifications

• Around 3 years of relevant experience in product or tech roles.
• Technical curiosity: comfortable with Git, AI tooling, and PR reviews.
• Strong diagnostic and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with LLM-powered products or conversational AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve concierge conversations across verticals and surfaces.
• Diagnose issues to root cause across prompts, knowledge, tools, or backend.
• Ship fixes to prompts, knowledge, and tool-output, and validate via replay.
• Review PRs as a codeowner and collaborate with multiple pods.
• Help teams own their concierge surface and drive automation.
