Dynamo AI seeks an Associate for the AI Compliance Strategy team, working with financial services clients on AI risk evaluations and guardrail deployment. You’ll translate laws and industry guidance into practical guardrails and help scale adoption across a regulated customer base.

In this role you’ll partner with product and deployment leads to shape governance, risk controls, and observability features, while coordinating roundtables and sharing market insights with executives.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in strategy consulting, risk management, or product strategy.
