Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across community, social, developer relations, creator programs, product advocacy, or related areas.
• Experience supporting at least one consumer technology product at meaningful scale.
• Demonstrated experience building ambassador/creator/superuser programs from the ground up.
• Builder mindset with launching and iterating community programs.

Responsibilities

• Define what community means for an emerging AI product and how it grows.
• Build a home for the most engaged users and scalable programs.
• Develop ambassador and power-user programs with meaningful roles.
• Design and test engagement programs to deepen participation and value.
• Enable members to run events through scalable programs and toolkits.
• Partner with social, brand, and creative teams to reach broader audiences.
• Drive adoption in new markets through community-led outreach and international expansion.
• Explore AI-enabled, personalized, scalable community experiences.
