Job summary

Programmers is seeking a visionary leader to build and run the AI COE in the US. You will set strategy, win AI work with Sales, and drive credibility for AI-native delivery across accounts.

You'll hire the core US team, establish standards, govern six COEs, and report on pipeline and impact. This role requires executive presence with US clients, deep technical credibility and willingness to travel to Dallas as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ yrs technology leadership; built or ran an AI / data practice.
• Executive presence with US clients - C-suite and VP level.
• Track record growing services revenue and closing new logos.
• Hands-on credibility - can go deep with architects and engineers.
• AI strategy: discovery, roadmaps, ROI cases & use-case prioritization.
• Delivery model: onshore/offshore teams with India-based engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI COE charter, roadmap, budget and quarterly targets.
• Lead AI go-to-market with Sales - offerings, Tier 1 & 2 account outreach, executive pitches.
• Hire the US core and AI Architects first; launch the FDE Academy.
• Set firm-wide AI standards & governance with the six COEs and delivery.
• Report COE pipeline, utilization & impact in the monthly CoE report.
• Leads: AI Architects, the FDE Lead and the AI COE core.
