Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of technical consulting, post-sales engineering, or solutions architecture with direct customer interaction.
- Power user of AI coding tools with a strong developer workflow
- Experience delivering demos, workshops, and customer enablement at scale.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical SME on Codex for a portfolio of customers and embed with their teams.
- Design and implement AI-enhanced development workflows from prototyping to production.
- Build high-quality demos, reference implementations, and workflow automations using Codex.
- Lead large workshops, deep-dive sessions, and hands-on enablement to accelerate adoption of AI coding tools.
- Contribute technical content (guides, patterns, examples) to the company Cookbook.
- Translate customer deployments into product proposals and feedback for internal teams.
- Influence customer strategy by framing how AI tooling fits into SDLC and roadmaps.
- Advise on solution architecture, security, and operational readiness best-practices.
