Job summary
OpenAI is seeking a technically deep AI Deployment Engineer to partner with engineering leaders and builders, designing, validating, and scaling advanced AI workflows using Codex. You will develop demos, integrations, and automations, and lead engagements that accelerate customers’ adoption of intelligent coding systems.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical consulting, post-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or similar experience with customers.
- Active power user of AI coding tools with a strong personal developer workflow.
- Experience delivering high-signal demos, integrations, and prototypes.
- Experience leading large workshops or technical training for engineering teams.
- Contributed technical guides or examples publicly with clear pedagogy.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical SME on OpenAI Codex for a customer portfolio.
- Design and implement AI-enhanced development workflows from prototyping to production.
- Build demos, reference implementations, and workflow automations with Codex.
- Lead large-format workshops and hands-on enablement sessions for engineering teams.
- Create technical content and best practices for the OpenAI Cookbook and community.
- Translate customer feedback into product proposals and model improvements.
