Qualifications

• 15+ years of product marketing or technical marketing experience in cloud, AI/ML, or high-performance infrastructure.
• Proven ability to translate complex capabilities into differentiated market narratives and customer-facing content.
• Experience building competitive positioning, battle cards, and sales enablement in a fast-moving technical market.
• Track record leading GTM for major launches in GPU compute, AI infrastructure, or cloud platforms.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills for technical positioning docs and executive content.
• Familiarity with GPU-as-a-Service or AI infrastructure business models is preferred.
• Experience building customer references and segment-specific marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own the market narrative for Rackspace's platform, GPUaaS, Inference-as-a-Service, and AI product lines.
• Turn partnerships into positioning and messaging that customers and partners can understand.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to stay ahead of the roadmap and adapt messaging.
• Define positioning relative to hyperscalers and specialized GPU cloud providers.
• Develop competitive materials and battle cards for sales enablement.
• Create persona-based collateral, decks, and case studies for priority buyers.
• Track market shifts and update messaging and enablement accordingly.
• Lead GTM planning and execution for product launches and partner announcements.
• Coordinate with Field Marketing to align regional campaigns and pipeline generation.
• Produce executive-ready content and represent Rackspace with press and analysts.
