Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Delivery Management Engineer II to drive AI, GenAI, and Cloud platform programs with onshore and offshore teams. You will design CI/CD pipelines, manage product lifecycles, and document requirements for tech-driven deliveries.

A mix of hands-on engineering and project leadership will be needed to coordinate cross-functional teams across cloud platforms. Travel up to 50% may be required; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in CI/CD design and automation with cloud-native/open-source tools.
• Containerization and orchestration with Kubernetes, Docker, ECS/EKS (multi-cloud).
• 3+ years' experience in Terraform and IaC with monitoring/deployment tools.
• 4+ years' experience in product and lifecycle management for service delivery.
• 4+ years' experience as a technical program or project manager with planning, reporting, and risk management.
• 4+ years' experience in requirements documentation and stakeholder communications.
• 4+ years' experience with Git workflows and automation.
• 4+ years' experience collaborating across PMOs, executives, and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead product and service lifecycle management for AI, GenAI, and Cloud programs.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines using cloud-native and open-source tools.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore engineering teams to deliver projects.
• Document requirements (FSDs) and map business needs to technical solutions.
• Oversee containerization/orchestration and platform management (Kubernetes, Docker).
