Job summary

Deloitte's AI & Engineering Delivery Management team is hiring a Delivery Management Engineer II to drive technical projects across AI, GenAI, and Cloud platforms. You will collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, manage product/service lifecycles, and design CI/CD pipelines with modern tooling.

The role requires 4+ years in CI/CD, cloud, and program management, plus strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills. Travel up to 50% and US work authorization preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in CI/CD pipeline design and automation with cloud-native/open-source tools.
• 4+ years in product and lifecycle management leading service delivery.
• 4+ years as a technical program or project manager with planning and risk mgmt.
• 4+ years documenting requirements (FSDs) and mapping business needs to tech solutions.
• 4+ years with Git workflows and DevOps practices.
• Strong collaboration with PMOs, execs, and devops teams.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/IT or related field.
• Willing to travel up to 50% depending on client work.

Responsibilities

• Manage product or service lifecycle for AI, GenAI, and cloud platform programs.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines with cloud-native/open-source tools.
• Lead technical programs/projects with structured planning, reporting, risk mgmt.
• Handle requirements docs (FSDs) and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee containerization/orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, ECS/EKS).
